It is my great pleasure to offer a recommendation for Arzu on the event of my outpatient surgery.
I had to receive general anesthesia for a rotator cuff repair. Arzu was responsible for my transport to the facility, for taking me to my home, then remaining with me overnight.
Despite the unfamiliar surroundings and my lack of preparation for any post operative care, Arzu was able to get me home safely, get me comfortable and start ice pack applications for the remainder of the day.
She prepared my bed at the required angle of elevation to protect the shoulder. Through the night she was alert to my getting up, always offering assistance.
