To Whom it may concern;
I would like to express my gratitude for the wonderful caregiving provided by Arzu when my mother was convalescing from a broken rip.
I know, that to care for a person of ninety years of age can be a difficult task at times, but Arzu did her job calmly and processionally and with true kindness.
These are very important qualities and brought great peace of mind to my family and me.
